These ministries extend Roots Apostolic Ministries' influence and guidance to multiple congregations.

In addition to his responsibilities within Roots Apostolic Ministries, Jeff has actively contributed to the broader Christian community. His involvement in the Leadership board of Awaken OKC since its inception in 2022 highlights his dedication to collaborative efforts in spreading the gospel.

Education has been a cornerstone of Apostle Jeff's journey. Armed with a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science Degrees in Organizational Leadership from Cameron University in Lawton, OK, he continues to pursue dual master’s degrees. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Pastoral Leadership from Andersonville Theological Seminary.

Apostle Jeff is happily married to Prophetess Heather Capuria, a highly anointed partner in ministry. Together, they are blessed with five beautiful children and proudly call Oklahoma home. She has been through several levels of prophetic training through the Two-Rivers Native American Training Center called Strategic Warriors at Training (SWAT) under the leadership of Apostle Negiel Bigpond. She has also attended both Wisdom and Revelation encounters (an intensive on the prophetic and stewarding your calling). She has served on and led many land assignments. Her level of prophetic anointing has enabled Prophetess Heather to prophesy alongside leaders such as Apostle Chuck Pierce.

As an intercessor and a prophetic voice, Prophetess Heather is one of the visionaries behind The Huddle, the Apostolic gathering that she and her husband lead that brings unity to the body of Christ. She also serves as a key leader to The Awaken movement, an Apostolic ministry located in Oklahoma City, OK. Through her prayers and prophetic insights, she plays a vital role in shaping the direction and vision of the ministry.
